Hey everyone, and welcome to a new Patreon build. This current build is currently at 1,109,761 words and 1685 passages, so about 10k new words since the last update (though this build is also code-heavy). This build is almost exclusively focused on the new exercise content, adding in a Dorm Gym location along with; exercises, new NPC's to run the gym, various memberships, and a system to handle automating daily exercises (so less micromanaging). There were a couple of delays with this build (mostly due to on-going health issues), however, I'm happy to finally get a quicker turn-around on a build like I once used to ^_^

On another note, as many of you have likely seen, I've recently added both a central pinned post to hold the majority of the important Patreon links, along with a big roadmap of all my project plans. The reason for the pinned post should probably be obvious, given some of the relatively recent changes by Patreon of how you see the post timeline. Meanwhile, with the roadmap I hoped to give you all a better idea of what content was on the horizon and what I had generally planned. If you haven't seen them yet then give them a look, you'll likely find something interesting there at least :)

The main content is; The new Dorm Gym location, Morning exercises, and Behind-the-scenes updates regarding weight and muscles.

1/ Dorm Gym Location - A new Dormitory Gym location has been added to the game, staffed by two different trainee programme members (something I've felt the game has been lacking). Asami, an energetic Japanese girl handles the mornings, whilst Darius a laid-back black muscle-man handles the evenings. The gym currently has five different exercises the player can utilize, categorized between basic and expert exercises which have different costs. Players can also purchase various forms of membership to the gym, either getting a cheap limited time membership, or spending more to get permanent memberships.

The current available exercises are; Personal Cardio, Personal Weight Training, Sauna Session, Trainer-led Weight Training, Trainer-led Weight Loss. These exercises vary in what they accomplish, with the various cardio-based sessions only bringing your muscle rate to the mid-point (along with decreasing your body-weight), and the weight-training sessions doing the opposite (only decreasing body-weight to the mid point but fully building up muscles). All exercise takes up Sandbox Actions or 'Energy' to engage in.

2/ Morning Exercise System - For those who don't want to micromanage their weight and muscles, I've included a new 'Morning Exercise System' accessed through the Dorm Gym location. There are some options that are only available to players with a full gym membership (basic or expert level). The way this works is that the player will do the selected gym exercises upon waking up but before the hygiene section of the wake up scene (so you'll shower afterwards if you have showers set to auto). These morning exercises do take up Sandbox Actions or 'Energy' from your first daily sandbox time-slot so you still have to manage your choices here.

3/ Weight & Muscles Updates - Every day the game now lowers the players weight by one point and the same for muscles. This is to simulate muscle atrophy from not working out, along with weight loss from not eating. There is also a new option to make it so these daily changes do not take place. These values will probably change over time, along with me adding ways to increase your weight in the not too distant future, but for now this is how the weight and muscles system works.

Other additions include; 2 previously inaccessible Dairy job encounters can now be accessed, minor fixes to Felicity and the Fem Trainer, some extra validation on starting height (to stop people adding crazy things like words as the height), some changes to the examine description, a fix on an Alice Princess Closet scene, and a bunch of new variables. 

In terms of ongoing polls two monthly art polls are up and running. As for complete polls,  I've just received the 'Stink Butt Humiliation' and 'Dragon Bride' images, so hopefully I can get to adding those very soon to the game (and uploading them on here).

Change Log:

- New Gym Location - Accessed through the Dorm Hub players can now enter the Dorm Gym an exercise location just for those on the trainee programme. Run by two separate NPC's, Asami in the morning and Darius in the evenings, this location will hopefully feel more dynamic as a result.

- Asami - A peppy and energetic Japanese woman on the trainee programme, she enjoys dancing, gymnastics, and serves as the morning gym trainer. She has a rather positive outlook on the Facility, and in the future will handle many classes based on her above listed interests.

- Darius - A laid-back muscular black man on the trainee programme, he enjoys exercising, martial arts, cheesy martial arts films, painting, and serves as the evening gym trainer. He has a rather negative outlook on the Facility, and in the future will teach swimming and martial arts classes, along with maybe having some ideas on how to escape the Facility.

- Gym Membership - There are four types of membership, broken down firstly into trial memberships and full memberships, where trial memberships only last 7 days whilst full memberships last forever. Secondly the memberships are broken down into what they cover, with basic memberships allowing basic exercises whilst more efficient personal trainer led options requiring the expert membership.

- Gym Morning Routine - Players who have a full basic or expert membership can now set up a selection of exercises they will automatically go through during the wake up point in the day. These exercises will still take up 'energy' from the player.

- Cardio Exercise - Cardio workouts will gain the player 1 point of muscle up to 50, and will decrease weight by 1 point down to 0.

- Weight Training Exercise - Weight training workouts will gain the player 1 point of muscle up to 100, and will decrease weight by 1 point down to 50.

- Sauna Session Exercise - Sauna sessions will decrease weight by 3 points down to 0.

- Personal Trainer Led Weight Training - Trainer led weight training will gain the player 3 points of muscle up to 100, and will decrease weight by 3 points down to 50.

- Personal Trainer Led Weight Loss - Trainer led weight loss will gain the player 3 points of muscle up to 50, and will decrease weight by 3 points down to 0.

- Daily Weight/Muscle Changes - Players will now lose 1 point of weight and 1 point of muscle each day to simulate muscle decay and natural weight loss (food boosts to weight will soon be added).

- New Weight/Muscle Daily Changes Disable Option - This option disables the above mentioned daily Weight/Muscle decreases.

- Alice Princess Closet synatx fix (Thank you MagPie)

- Extra height validation (Suggested by MagPie)
