Quick Update on Patreon Build 0.3.13 (Patreon)

Hey everyone ^_^

Just a quick update on the upcoming Patreon build (and as a result the public build). My original plans were to add in a small update to the hair system, however, as is typical for my development that has bloomed into something slightly more substantial (which I'm outlining below). I've also had a few technical issues, though I've now got a new computer on the way which should solve those.

The new hair system will share some of the same traits as the old one, such as having a style, color and length. However, additionally it will include; a hair accessory slot (and purchasable accessories), the ability to add ribbons, clips, beads and mini-bows to your hair (in addition to the main accessory), hair growth over time, personal hair grooming options, extended length types, slightly expanded style list (and more complex style related code), images for the various hairstyles in four standard colors (red, black, brown and blonde), a treatment to have your hair not grow or become messy, a treatment to have your hair grow quicker, and a few edits and alterations to what's already there. As you can see, there's a lot there, but I'm hoping the delay for it won't spiral out of control like it did with the makeup and hygiene updates.  

So, the short version is, new build aiming for Tuesday.
