Getting ready to film the Vehicle BOK break down videos. Which level of detail do you want in the series? Higher detail= more parts, more side roads taken along the way

“Its only me.”

Nut'n, very good start on a Bug out Kit. I have been building my kit since the early 50's when Dad was stationed at Loring AFB, ME. We had to have a full kit in our vehicles at all times ready for evacuation off the base. Seventy years later I am still building my kit, updating and changing as needed. I always plan for the worse, as you mentioned, and hope for the best. I have always planned for the situation that while bugging out there may need to be a time that I have to hunker down because of near a dangerous area and can't safely leave the area or have become injured and have to find a place to camp for a few days. As a result, I would like to have a parimeter alarm system that will alert me when and if intruders approach my camp. I have different types of alarms, some I made and some I purchased. My resource choice is "Fith Ops." They have good products and easy to order. Some of their systems can be purchased on Amazon. I carry an SBR (300BkOut) in vehicle in a safe mounted on a rack. the SBR can fit in my pack as needed. Anyway, just my 2 cents. From an Old MSGT, USAF Retired.
