Spyderco Kapara: Yawn (Patreon)

Tell your credit card to relax on this one. While interesting and new, the Spyderco Kapara C241 fails to connect to me.  Is it the re-hashed blade design, its slickness, thin radiused deployment hole, the bright clip, the blade finishing?  Yes to all of the above.  But it's also its price.  For this amount the blade needs to be emotional for me.  It ain't.  I roll in the excellent Chapparal for comparison.   

But if you buy the Kapara and love it, tell me why, and change my mind!
