If you want a top quality versatile lightweight parka this might be it.  The Burton "Covert" [and "Dunmore" below] has technical features.  Pit zips, high tech breathability and temperature adjustment capability, non-bulky insulation, snow skirt, a ton of pockets, and a technical hood.  Quality in these Burton parkas is excellent.

These are meant for high exertion snowboarding.  I'll make the case the Burton is also a great tactical parka too.  Check out those cool cams colors, they are perfect and give the coat a 2nd Cool.  All with be gone quick so don't mess around if you see one you like.  These models don't last long and they're always superseded year by year.

Sizing is generous which is ideal for the intended uses we talk about inside the video.  With its lightweight Thermolite insulation, DryRide 2 layer waterproof fabric, and seam taping this is a legit outdoor snow parka ready for high exertion activities.  And you won't beat those colors.  And it's still high value for the quality delivered.  Usually expect to pay around $300+ for a GoreTex parka with these features...and that's without insulation.

A highly recommended versatile and top quality outer layer option.
