You think for yourself and you're unencumbered by gear elitism.  Congrats!  That means you can enjoy and love this series of watches by Fossil.  Featuring high quality construction we'll look at the colorful and high variety of Fossil FB-01 dive inspired pieces.  Like your knife collection, your watch collection could probably use some color and this is a cost effective way to do it.

The FB-01 being a value watch will lack a moveable bezel which is a disappointment.  But pretty much everything else is on target: the hands, the readable date, the silicone straps, the 100M water resistance and the value.  Check out the modded hands version I did for a more bold appearance too (shown).  These 42mm Fossils are low profile and will fit just about everyone too. Highly recommended.

The Fossils demonstrated in this WRV certainly make a case obtaining a couple for daily/weekly rotation. The linked Combat Sub 46 Automatic Blue from Joma is really enticing. Wearing an analog watch brings a certain satisfaction as most march toward the digital future. Changing watch bands to colorful or unique NATO straps are a great way to keep watches fun. Thank you for the continued effort and dedication.

Nice! So many great watches out there. I used to have a Fossil Blue Series dive watch 52mm case with illuminated dials and no noise from the movement from like 2006 but I think it got stolen. Tried to fill the void with a Fossil CH3028 but it wasn't really doing it for me. The adjustment dial was constantly getting caught on my pocket and stopping the watch, the date was never right unless I set it and the movement was LOUD. Now I have a Garmin D2 Delta. Love it. Only small complaint is that it has a little bit of the small face syndrome goin on. But other that thats it is great. Fitness tracker, gps, great case design, great button placement and design, super easy to swap new bands with the Garmin Quickfit system, change the face to suit the style/outfit/occasion, great backlight and tons of customizability. Its a wrist computer but it has a very different function and aesthetic than an apple watch. I love the ability to keep track of physiological metrics like heart rate, pedometer, estimated calories burned, sleep patterns, etc. But still get decent battery life and the look and feel of a large case watch with the option of titanium or silicone bracelet. Temp, baro, compass, gps all good to go and right on the wrist! Thanks for all the hard work keeping TNP going! I love being able to learn from your data and improve my systems! Best regards, Onsen.
