Come on along for the actual mountain adventure with Mrs Nutnfancy and I.  The X4 is our transport as we launch from the desert valley and go high into the mountains.  I researched and found this ride on Google Earth, figuring there must be some good ATV trail near the High Unitas.  Patreon donors will have access to my trail information, see below!

We achieve a surprising altitude and are stunned by the views.  Lunch is simple.  Another purpose of this expedition is scouting for camping areas and we find many.  We see no one else up there and enjoy our solitude.  Mountain goat, bald eagles are spotted.  Lots of mountain flowers too.  It was a long tow to get there and a lot of work to make it a reality but you'll see it's worth all the effort.  This is one of the coolest places we've found yet.

UPDATE SEP 2020:  This whole area we show here was the spot of a raging wildfire, much has been charred I am told.  This video record "Windswept" will be historical therefor as it will sadly take generations for this East Grandaddy Mountain area to recover.  So sad.  These might be the last extensive video recordings before the forest fire.

40.570181°, -110.811876°  This is where we showed the epic views, much wind.  You will need to hike around a bit to get the best views.

40.550905°, -110.730813°  This is the intersection that will take you down to the Upper Still Water Dam.  If you choose to go to the dam, you will come back to this spot and continue on FR 143 to Arta Lake.  Follow FR 135 to dam.

June 1 Was our 35th wedding anniversary:) Would have been over, but God saved my wife in 1993 and saved me in 1994. It was all over but the paperwork, and now we are best friends. Jesus has had quite an affect on our lives. Thank God.

Beautiful footage. Fortunately wildfires are a part of nature, and the region will come back twice as healthy and beautiful once it recovers.
