Nutnfancy Knife Clinic back in operation.  Here Macie and I give a mild workout to the Bradford Guardian 4.5 in CPM3V.  You'll see it cuts great and wears a wicked edge.  Some of my stupid tests ensue in this Guardian update video.  Details discussed and I'll weigh in if this US produced blade is worth the $240.  Minor critiques ensue but you'll see the Guardian has aged well and still provides serious cutting power in a small package.
