It has a bad reputation online but is this correct?  We take a Remington 887 Tactical out into the field for some shooting of buckshot against steel Evil Roy targets.  Sean the TNPr owns the shotgun and he bought it at WalMart.  I think the 887 looks cool covered in its polymer shell and it provides good traction.  We do have some smoothness issues however and we analyze them as best we can.  On the first run I fall hard and almost break my hand; I break into the Level 3 First Aid Kit to stop some bleeding.  The safety tip of always putting on your safety is reinforced by me.  We draw some final impressions of the Remington 887 and compare it against other conventional pump shotguns.

Totally badass! Takes the hit, tends to the wound, then back in the fight!

I think Remington should improve the quality control of their flagship shotgun the 870 instead of putting out abominations like the 887. The new production 870's are pretty rough around the edges. What's even worse is now that Remington owns Marlin the quality on them has gone down the drain too. Which is a absolute shame because I have quite a few older Marlin's and you honestly couldn't ask for a better lever action. Hey!?!? I saw a nice older Marlin 336 in one of your videos the other day. Where's the review broheim?
