The Begara B14 excelled in most respects of testing. It seems like a product improved Remington 700 to me: positive extraction/ejection, smoother, a magazine system that actually works, a perfect bolt handle, better stock system, and it's more accurate. Oh yeah it's affordable too!

I've been looking at a Savage FCP in .308. Just compared this video to your "Savage Tactical Snipers" video. Tough choice. Adjustable Acutrigger and floating bolt head are great features--consistency is key. Dammit. Stock on this one is great, too, but if I mount my scope low on the Savage I won't need an adjustable comb. I just watched a video of a guy who won the 1 mile milk jug challenge at Utah Long Range Shooters with a Bergara B14 Hunter in .308 and a SWFA 12x fixed power scope--and a 60MOA base. https://youtu.be/H9n9r3Now7w Well, thanks for making the choice hard. 🙄

no question you could match the colors, the work is in the texture matching. Cerakote can be mixed color-wise but getting the look of a "sandy" or "woodland" look is really hard unless you have the eye. Most of my camo cerakote designs ended up single color. No eye, says I.....
