Fallout4 needs FG more than Skyrim. 

This is only a demonstration, the DLSS FG update for Fallout4Upscaler is not released yet.

100+fps even in Boston, that's a huge improvement, but there are still stutters, don't know how to ease that.

Maybe you could talk to the author of the high fps fix mod or just look at the high fps fix mod to see if maybe you can gleam some knowledge from there?
