Hey guys, there's something I want to address that I just saw today and leaves me very sad.

   So, whenever you delete a pledge, you have a choice to leave a comment saying why you leave, these comments are anonymous and are not tied to anyone, so whenever I see the reason why, I can never message or try to resolve issues. What bothered me this week was seeing the following comment:

    First of all, I totally understand why would someone want to delete their pledge, it's totally normal and if you are not happy with what I make, you have every right to delete it if you want to!!
   What I just don't understand is why would someone be having problems and not message me in the first place to fix! I would be more than welcome to help in any way possible! This person left because they say my items are glitchy in-game, and not easily used. I don't understand entirely what this means, but I would like to know if someone else is experiencing this! Also, I don't see how can my CC could be hard to use? I would really like to know why! 

Also there was this one today:

    Someone left, basically because I upload my CC in ZIP files. While I understand that having to unpack zip files might be a boring step, uploading in ZIP files is something that is done everywhere else and ensures that the package contents won't get corrupted with the download, which has happened before.

   It just saddens me that someone was not happy because of something that could be easily fixed... So bottom line is, if you ever have any problem, or anything of that matter, please do not hesitate to contact me, I'll do my best to help you. And please let me know if any of my CC is glitchy, because I'm not aware this is happening and I don't see anyone else having problems in-game either! Most of the times it could be your game settings, or just a faulty download, which is a very easy fix!
