Gifday #11—Choose A Sketch To Become An Animated Gif
- Janet experiencing VR 217
- Fawn doing a modelling class 34
- Bess taking on a lot of babysitting jobs 238
Edit: Bess and Janet are neck and neck, with one of them (very slightly) in the lead! One day left to go, so make sure to vote if you haven't and help decide a winner!
Which sketch do you want to see get the animated gif treatment? Vote and make it happen!
Back to crudely drawn sketches this week. I decided to focus on my "heavy hitters"—the OCs of mine that are popular for their own reasons. That way, this poll should be relatively "fair". That said, I won't be too surprised if one of these is a run-away winner...Also sorry about the delay in posting this poll, I had a bit of drawing block. That kinda happens when you don't draw by hand for a few weeks lol.
Try and imagine how the sketch would look as a gif and ignore the crudeness of the sketch, the final gif will look much better, I promise. I hope.
Patrons with extra votes, let me know where you want your votes to go in the comments section. $10 get one extra vote, $15 gets two and $20 gets three.
Janet Peter-Smyth is introduced to VR by her assistant, Annie, and Janet makes it clear that such gadgets are of no interest to her (left image), but when inside of VR, her opinion of VR changes drastically towards a more positive, enthusiastic opinion and asks how quickly can she buy a full-body VR set (right panel, imagine a really anime VR model of Janet, maybe something that Annie paid someone to make)
Fawn takes on a job as a pregnant model for an art class, and the artists keep telling her to stay still. Fawn is confused because she is staying very still, but her tummy occupants are not (Will focus on belly movement, maybe one of the towels will fall off )
Bess receives a call, asking if she's free to take a babysitting job. "Sure," she says. While carrying one set of kids, she gets another call, asking if she can take a babysitting job. "Sure," she says. Repeat this two more times, and eventually her brain screams at her—"NO, BESS! SAY NO! YOU CAN DO IT!" (These images show the beginning and a later stage, but the gif will likely feature 4 size differences, from no belly to heavy belly. The final belly might be bigger than the one depicted on the right.)
