Anyway, here it is, Sumireko's Patreon Deluxe! I was originally going to do an expansion for the whole thing, but decided that wasn't that interesting. So instead, I made it a three-way between sex, birth and a shorter expansion sequence. Both the sex and birth routes lead to the same ending, so feel free to choose one or the other.

Of course, there is the usual New Game + mode for when you get to the end. This time, there's a button to toggle it on and off, so feel free to revisit the scenes and see the bigger tums.
