This would be a character I would use to torment my players for weeks. Like a few coins go missing, then a few potions, before finally he's stolen your cloths, your boots and your mechanical horse. Nothing lethal, just torment pure and simple.

Kurtulmak would be proud... in terms of combat he wouldn't be too hard but actually getting him into combat where he doesn't have every advantage going would be the trick. have fun.
