It's that time again! September's Monthly Art needs OCs!

The theme is that Inko Midoriya is fulfilling a lost bet: all dressed as a cheerleader with her punishment on a livestream. Our piece will be in need of some "most-suitable folks" here to collect their wager.

(these guys are gonna go maximum bully mode with Inko, btw)

In the interest of unified visuals, everyone will be in the same general style. So complicated looks are gonna get simplified, and all outfits are gonna be in-universe to HeroAca.
