Another setting I would love to see is: skinny nerd has hit the gym and has gained muscles and finally is big enough to confront his long time bully, but the bully uses a super-steroid stolen from a science lab to become enormous in front of the ex-nerd.

I’ve never seen a video version of a muscle growth story where a skinny guy starts to eat all the protein rich food he can get his hands on until his belly is huge (bigger than he is). He then begins digestion and the belly shrinks to a tight waist as his muscles explode in size. Check out the comic series Growing Hunger by Sangaruda on DeviantArt for inspiration on this muscle growth trope.
