As far as a design for a bimbofied version of the U.A. uniform, I think a lot of this works really well! I think seeing her struggle to fit into something more resembling the base U.A. uniform might've been neat but this absolutely works as 'the U.A. uniform, but sluttified'. This is mostly because this is actually pretty tame as a transformation of the outfit. Really, you could totally say that most of the outfit, the jacket and skirt especially, aren't change at all/mostly. That this is the same U.A. uniform that Ochaco would normally wear but just stretched out over her now exaggerated, thiccer form. Which lends a lot of authenticity to the design while still making it very sexy. There are, of course, the outright changed touches too; the lack of a dress shirt, bra or panties, the long-socks turned into a garter-style stockings, the gloves now slipped over her hands and the heels. I personally think a good step for the gloves, for Ochaco though, might've been to design them even more; make one of them actually completely cover a couple of her fingers, with a hole for her nails, as a means of her controlling her bimbofied Quirk from activating. It would've taken the new element of the gloves and shaped them to fit Ochaco's character and her circumstances. The only thing that gets more a giggle out of me than anything is the loafer high heels. I can only imagine how those feel and it makes me chuckle seeing them. Putting those two minor nitpicks aside for all the stuff I brought up first this feels like a really authentic, really well-designed bimbo version of this outfit, well done. I like seeing Ochaco's expression here looking more like something she'd naturally wear while doing something normal; you could imagine her excitedly texting to Deku about this or that or making plans. Her pose above the waist plays into that expressionism and is rather good. Overall, good work!
