A Twilight work made without commission, and a short story by Bioyugi? Christmas came early.

Very very fun seeing the two of them next to one another, before they get BIG. I like the difference in purples between them, Sci-Twi's is a lot more PURPLE and bold, yet she goes for a black choker, aha.

the fact that Sci-Twi is also a bit paler makes her make up stand out that much more

Aaaaah there is so much good stuff to say about this one. First off, it serves as a really nice template for how basic elements of design can make two characters who are by all means twins stand out from each other and speak to them. From the way they dress, to the way they do their hair to the color choices made, it can speak a lot to them individually. Normal!Twilight being more open and embracing of the magic can be seen in her being tan, wearing technically skimpier clothing and even having her lipstick color be more like a mix of the magic's light pink with her purple creating a lighter shade all with her hair let down. Sci!Twi with her official looking lab coat, her glasses and her hair done up in a big, tidy bun shows the reflections of who she was pre-magic and her more wound up nature, plus her being paler shows she still mostly lives by her pre-magic lifestyle, while her being mostly naked shows the strong affect the magic is trying to have on her. That's just one element though because my absolute favorite element is the expression work here. I've harped on it because it's vitally important and it comes across no better than here, especially if more comics and more story-stuff is in the future (which, hey, I'll certainly be trying to do through my own box requests). If the difference in design conveying character is good, the difference in how their expressions convey character is more so, with Twilight being much more openly flirtatious while Sci!Twi is shown being worried and even somewhat scared. You can tell one has given themselves over to the magic completely while the other is still actively fighting it because, hey, it is kind of a big fucked up thing happening. It helps to underline the general themes in the universes but, in MLP's especially, about how these things work for the characters, with generally three types. People who give themselves over to the magic and essentially become agents for it, people who are utterly overwritten by it and consumed and people who actively resist it even as it drags them in. It makes it a good arc in a story as well a being good porn, the latter for variety and the former just for something exciting, a struggle and, yeah, something kind of scary even. Hell, even in those archetypes, its mixed. Normal!Twi essentially stumbled into the magic by accident and just never stopped diving into it, essentially allowing it to remake her and then spreading it. Meanwhile a character like Fluttershy is clearly type 2: Shy would never, in a million years, choose to go back to this or even act like she does under the magic's influence, but it just doesn't give her a choice and, in taking that autonomy, it really does hollow her out a bit. Type 3 would pretty much be the heroes here, even as they have to struggle harder and harder against these forces. The fact that the two extremes, actively working with the magic and spreading it and fighting it, are literally reflected here in these mirror-images of characters who are so similar yet so different really makes for a good piece. In the future I would like to explore some stuff that plays to my more vanilla taste, especially if I can ever find the time/proper muse to write more of this stuff for other series and, Hell, eventually this one. For now though I can add some story beats to the general mythology and appreciate it when those beats can be seen front-and-center in stuff like this. The characters are going through something both sexy and horrifying and that's al ot of fun. Good piece, good piece. Keep up the work.

very glad to hear how all the story elements have been noticed. It's one of those maybe rare instances, where the design is just as important as the story-line. The story influence the design and vice versa, and every impact can be seen on both ends. And yes bimbofication can be made into a exciting story. Transformation stories are all about the journey, so while we know the end result, it's thrilling to see how the changes lead to it and finally how it'll actually look at the end, with every decision playing a part in the outcome, making it that much more rewarding. And some thoughts come after the fact, like Twilight's light lipstick was orignally just taken straight from her pony design, but now it gives a good harmony. Her make up feels like it's much more harmonizing with her overall look, like she and the magic are one. While Sci-Twi's make up sticks out much more, creating a distinction between her and the make-up, showing that the magic needs to be that much more aggressive with her to put out it's influence.

Wow this is maybe the most detailed comment I've seen on anything. I admire your detail. If you don't mind, if you were able to read my Sci-Twi story I'd love your thoughts on it, though I do not expect such a lengthy comment.

Sure. As far as the piece itself goes, I'd say it's a perfectly good piece for what it is. It doesn't perfectly reflect my own vanilla cup of tea but, hey, it represents a very large way of approaching bimbofication through sluttification. I'd say it's a bit of an odd duck in terms of its pacing, being told primarily through flashback initially through the more interesting portions of Sci-Twi's transformation. By the time it gets to the time and place its set Sci Twi's transformation is more putting spinners on a bicycle than something really striking. Of course not every transformation-focused story needs to focus on the Big Beats and Changes, and indeed some lesser changes over time can build tension and anticipation in a slow-burn series or a much, much longer piece, but for a One-Shot of this length it makes for a soft anti-climax as far as the transformation itself. As far as the sluttification goes, I can't offer much thought on it as my own take away on this sort of stuff in these stories is the magic/quirk overwriting people's autonomy almost being the villain. I prefer characters to remain as characters and, funnily enough, I think you do too; in your Weiss piece from a while back when her father bombarded her with transformative dust, you lamented that the character wouldn't be the character. I understand the broad appeal of sluttification but, to me, seeing these characters I like as themselves, truly themselves, while having this aesthetic and being more sex-positive, is just super appealing as it sticks with why I like these people in the first place. Like you said, Weiss in that piece really stops being Weiss after a certain point, which really is the rub for me in sluttification. Though sluttification, like I said, is a really fucking fantastic antagonist in a longer story. How that'd apply here would be to emphasize the way the magic is basically assaulting Sci!Twi to make her see things its way; like Annon said, show how much more aggressive and angry it has to be to put her into its influence, same as Sunset. Still, like I said, for what it is it's a good piece, just that the length and moment picked makes for weird pacing and it just isn't wholly my cup of tea.
