1930’s The Depression era was a depressing time to be in America. A series of bad trade, debt, and people living beyond their needs led to the crash of the stock market making thousands of Americans loose their jobs and homes.

Many bimbos would wander the streets and shanty towns (know as Hoover towns) trading sexual favors for things like food and a roof over their head. What they once did for pleasure they now did for survival. Lines for soup kitchen would go around blocks as bimbos and normal people would wait for a simple meal.

On top of that a series of drought and overgrazing caused the dust bowl. Huge dust storms ruined farming making many farm bimbos move west to California in hopes of a better life. It was a era of sorrow, families were torn apart, the gap between rich and poor had never been so wide. But people did their best to keep their hopes up. The government made huge construction projects like Hoover dam to help the economy.

Sports legend like Babe Ruth in baseball and James J. Braddock the Cinderella man of boxing. Also the world famous Seabiscuit came to the horse races in this time. Sports help give people hope in this time. Despite the intense poverty almost everyone had a radio. And thanks to improvements in film their was now sound and nickel theaters. People would flock to entertainment to get their minds off the Depression.

You can thank 30’s film for modern comedy films. And you can blame 30’s radio for modern soap operas. It’s thanks to the 30’s that we have King Kong, Micky mouse, and everyone’s favorite flapper Betty Boop Fashion in this era was mixed. Woman wore more clothing than compared to the flapper style.

But due to the Depression people would make their cloths and belongings last as long as possible so clothes were durable and often patched up. Bimbos would often spend their hard earned nickels to watch movies. Comedies, thriller, and the early porn romance. Back then you didn’t have to leave the theater after the movie was over so bimbos would stay and masturbate to leave the depressing world behind. This was a great distraction for other movie patrons.

Despite all the sadness bimbos worked hard to try to improve their lives and the lives of others. This hard work and patriotic attitude came in handy going into the 1940’s and WW2
