Nofun Zona 

Quirk Anti-Fun- A mutation-based. Her wrists have bright yellow manacle-like growths that can fire "police" or "caution" tape at rapid speeds. Her tape is great at carrying inertia and has enough force behind it to push back or wrap around various objects. Her tape is retractable, and detachable. It starts off quite strong, but over a long enough period of time it starts to lose durability. "Fun" is basically just "energy". Anyone in one of Nofun's "No Fun Zones" just suddenly and abruptly feels really drained.   Short black bob hair to frame her somewhat ever exhausted looking face. Average height and build with somewhat lanky arms. She rarely exhibits much of any emotions though occasionally some more passionate feelings for Sero, her crush, bubble up. She has little filter and will go so far as offering to marry people.   She’s a hall monitor and would one day like to be a police officer or traffic control specialist. She wears bright orange and yellows when out of her school uniform. She may sometimes be seen with a megaphone.

Quirk-Investigate, allows her to quickly and efficiently analyze her surroundings.   A girl with long brown hair and wide eyes (L on the circles image). A mystery and noir buff she fancies herself a detective. Often found narrating her own thoughts as if they were a classic noir film she's brought on with Momo and Todoroki to investigate the growing bimbo epidemic.  I figure she'd be slim with decent curves on her, long hair, only wearing a classic detective style trenchcoat over her body. I was thinking of her with that classic Noir female dame face (neat eyebrows, notable nose, soft cheeks and lips.)

(The background image she was originally based on - imgur.com/nyoG3Zy )- Quirk- Photon Microscope- allows her to zoom in and see particles in the air or making up an object (she could see the carbon and protiens in a plant), but as a result her normal vision is atrocious.   She considers herself a rival to Hatsume Mei, while Mei works with Machines to assist heroes she seeks to assist them with the use of supplements and other compounds to make lotions, potions and drugs that can give heroes that extra edge. She often stays up late resulting in her being drowsy most of the day.
