It's getting crazy. Saffron has taken a liking to the more fake look and oiled skin and very thick lips. 

Peppermint Twist was sent to her restaurant as sort of program Celestia has in motion. Twist ended up during her transformation to kind of become Saffron's adoptive daughter as she wouldn't ruin her perfect body through childbrith. Demanding and in control Peppermint Twist is Saffron's right hand, making sure the dessert end their costumer's fine evening. 

Decided to really just embrace the peppermint theme of red and white.
