Not sure if bimbo Fluttershy has always been gyaru and I've just totally missed that being her bimbo theme, but it's honestly perfect for her. Formerly shy and homely, makes up for it with bombastic and garish make-up and appearance. Plus it would certainly help me distinguish her from Pinkie Pie at a glance.
