Two changes to my patreon: (Patreon)

• Merging $8 tier rewards into the $5 tier

First, the boring and maybe somewhat negative I'm not sure: Patreon apparently needs to start applying sale taxes in some countries, so I had to edit my tiers with some information for Patreon. This might mean you have to pay some more taxes over your pledge, depending on where you live. Never fun to hear, I'd like to have stayed taxless too.

Second, the more positive, I suppose: Since I'm getting rid of the Patreon Pin-up, I replaced the theme poll perk with a behind-the-scenes look into the replacement, the Patreon Pin-up. I have to admit, it's getting as much interaction as I expected, and it makes me a little uncomfortable having it as a reward. So, starting next month, I want to consolidate the $5 and $8 tier into one. 

This means the Character Nomination will be available to more people and I think that is a fine reward for my $5 patrons. I will start doing some pre-selection if I get more than 10 suggestions. And I'll probably increase the selection poll to the top two of the polls, to account for the likely increase in options.

I'll still keep posting behind the scenes stuff for the new patreon project. I think I will open that to $2 supporters as well. It's not for everyone, and I want as many people as possible who would enjoy that content to be able to engage with it.

 The $8 tier will effectively disappear. I want to give everyone who has supported me at that level a huge thanks, but please: change your tier before the end of the month. Patreon does not offer options for me to change tiers for you, so even if I delete the $8 tier, I will keep getting your $8 worth of support... and probably will lock you out of $5 tier benefits too. I'll remove the tier before the end of the month. Thanks for your support! 

And sorry the changes to the Patreon pin-up have been somewhat hastily and haphazardly done.
