First I will repost the rough outlines for Option 7 and 8 for basic understanding before I move onto writing a rough outline how things could play out when both ideas merge. You just have to vote if you agree with the fusion request or not, if not we'll just go with Option 7 on it's own.

Rough Outlines 7 & 8
