The geography of space is limitless. When we are young we look upon this unconstrained and unknowable void and see nothing but potential. When we age we are forged through pain into understanding that limitlessness does not make things easy but instead makes them so hard as to scrape against impossibility. What is possible is paralysis, and the small animal that is humanity flails helplessly in the trap of the infinite. But it never stops us from reaching out to that Outer Space. It only determines whether we look to understand it or wield it.
