For the sex scenes and fatalities I will use the design suggested by some patrons: Depending the heart gauge, Shep will get a happy ending(orgasm) or a really bad for him ending(fatality).

The main idea of the fatality is this: If they cum inside of him, Shep is wasted. Some of the girls will do something besides that, let me know if you have a sugestion. Mack and Bali are perfect, Mack's got the meanest and Bali is the most caring. Masara is good too because she needed one of the more forceful ones. Minerva is good, she's the perfect woman and any male needs to be beneath her haha. Doctor works well with how massive she is, I think you should change it to her dick ramming out his mouth though just because of much bigger than everyone else she is. That was a design choice, horsecocks usually have them hanging down by the knees. The graphics focus the top part of the body, I would have to zoom the graphics out, making the bodies occupy a lesser part of the screen. I will consider the exchange, that pose fits Bali. Let's see what the others thinks about it.

I think the one with Sep on bottom, with someone laying on top (not fully sure who that is, I think Bali) should be passed out on top of him, from post orgasmic blast. and crushing his body in the process.
