XD The dumbbells are probably fine if we assume she's just warming up. Gotta ease yourself into the zone for benching iron so you don't strain or injure yourself.

The dumbbells could be made from a super heavy material like Marvel Comic's use of osmium weights in Strikeforce Morituri. Osmium is the densest element in the periodic table. 1 cc weighs 26 grams, so 1 cubic foot weighs 1620 pounds. That's about 3/4 ton; as much as an average car.

Ah the eternal struggle between wanting big weights but not wanting to obscure the muscles. And while the weights here might look small, at least that means we get a nice unobscured view of her massive arms as a result, so this pic is certainly still a big thumbs up! :D Besides, nothing to say she's not just just warming up. Hmm, and these Lima workout pics are certainly increasing the urge to potentially ask for some Bali workout pics as well!
