More colored and inked pages!

I know most people doesn't know what means "inking"or an "inked" art. I will explain!
In the ancients times of comic making we had FIVE basic processes:

1-Make a text script or a storyboard(very rough sketchs)

2-Draw the pages with pencil. Yep, that one made of graphite,

3-And here is the INK part. We draw over the pencil lines with a black ink pen or brush. The most used type is nankim. And after the ink is dry(SUPER IMPORTANT!), we erase the visible pencil lines, cleaning the art and everything.

4-And finally we color the arts. With water based types of ink most of time. Well depends of the paper.

5-We glue the ballons with the text over the pages. YES! We used to glue the balloons over the art!

BUT today is all DIGITAL baby! Well, if you want more precision and an easier life. So, when I say inked art, I talk about a clean art with no pencil lines, just black and white, ready to be colored.

NOW YOU KNOW. And knowing is half of the battle. G.I.JOE!

PS- I know no one asked but I like to explain things, it gives a illusion that I am smart!
