Unfortunately mommy is taking her trick or treating far away from where the vampire lives with extra thick diapers and an infantile costume for the night. This of course sends her into a huge temper tantrum and an early bedtime despite it being Halloween

The picture itself is Ying being spanked in a open diaper with a mouth full of candy and a long loli-pop inserted in her behind. Roxxie is mocking Ying while she gets her just desserts.
