You should so make this canon and do this with the other girls, like I can see the age regression punishment failing and becomes outlawed and all the little ones basically get to be adults again, but a lot of them are now diaper dependent.

Here is another idea for a bit Miku is no a boss and she is yelling on a phone to someone as a robot changes her diaper on her desk.
