The other day while driving I was trying to think which characters of mine would make the best couple... Miku already has Mr. Bear (and despite she may refuse to admit it, but she is in love with that stuffed animal), Ella, Aria, Brenda, and Winnie are all still in shock over their new lives, and too busy to have even thought about sex. Purple Viper always felt asexual to me, more focused on evil plans then romance. Roxxie and Bridgette just felt like they'd make a great pair. Their 'Mommies' find the romance ADORABLE and tease them incessantly about it. However, when not going at it they DO tend to get into an extra level of mischief -- Bridgette's high maintenance and Roxxie's former life and skills as a con woman present naughty behavior which always leads to them getting spankings together. Their 'Mommies' may accept their love and lust for each other, but naughty behavior will always be punished.
