Well, the Sonic cast were all in a bet on Christmas Eve to see which one of them would end up diapered and getting their pictures taken mercilessly by the others. If you entered the competition you knew the risks so you can't back out if you lose. 

The votes saw Shadow losing the bet by a hair. 

Now he's been forced into a Christmas themed diaper, crying and whining about how unfair this is and how everybody's being a meanie, meanie, poop-head to him.
