These lightsabers are designed to be printed separately in different colors and assembled.  There are locators for all the parts so its clear where they go. The cap screws on, so the blades can be  printed separately and replaced.  I achieved the additional colors with some manual filament swaps.  There are two different length blades, the shoto uses a shorter one.

Supports are not required, for best results use a .4mm nozzle. You can print the blades all at once concentrically or one at a time in vase mode. I suggest printing in vase mode but if printing concentrically, the test print can be found here. Find detailed instructions on how to print collapsing swords on my website.

This is awesome, made them for my GF and she loved it. Any chance Shin Hati's could be next?

Its on my list, I love her character, she is bad ass! Her lightsaber is cool too. I don't know how long until I can get to it to be honest, we will see. Hopefully in the next month or so.

I am having SO much trouble printing the handles on my A1, I have tried all the bed adhesion tricks I can think of, I tried printing slower ... I have had 3 failures at almost the exact same point. Any suggestions?

Strange, the hilt is the easier part for adhesion. Assuming you tried a brim, slowing down the first layer, cleaning the bed, larger first layer heights, ext… Is it at the same point every time? Is the issue not so much bed adhesion but a curling overhang that the nozzle is hitting causing it to come loose from the bed? I don’t have a Bambu but many on our FB group do. You could also ask for advice there.
