At this point of the show I was completely having 2nd lead syndrome. 😂 Seo Yul is just so cool. He's handsome, he's smart, he's loyally obedient and good, and he's the top mage in Songrin. A complete goody two shoes I think.🤔😂 UK, on the other hand, is a complete trouble maker. But I get it. He's been held back his whole life and nobody has understood his desperation. I love him too! 😍

You guys missed the reveal of the Prince from the last episode already. 😂 Yes, he is from Weak Hero and he is not Jin Mu's apprentice. He is the Prince and sort of cousin to Uk, if we go by how Uk was created. For me, I think even if the old King took over Jang Gang's body, it doesn't matter. Gang is the father. He just got the help to making a baby a little earlier. But according to the show, and it will be a focus point, Uk happened because of the old King. When Uk was born, a King's star appeared in the sky. (It means that's who the next King is) If any mage really looked, they would see the sign. That's why is father and Park Jin is is trying to hold him back. So glad you guys understood that part too! ❤

Here’s a little breakdown of the families (no spoilers just hopefully some clarification): basically the four main families (Jang, Seo, Jin, Park) run four major places in AoS. The Jang family (Uk’s family) runs Cheonbugwan, which is where constellations are recorded. Cheonbugwan works closely with the Royal Family. The Seo family is extremely powerful as the Queen is from the Seo family (making her Seo Yul’s aunt). They run Sejukwon, which is like the infirmary. The Jin family protects Jinyowon, which houses lots of magical relics and important artifacts (where you saw Jin Choyeon this episode). The Park family runs Songrim, which is where the mages train. Park Jin (Motak’s name in AoS) runs Songrim, and Park Danggu is next in line to take over. Hopefully this helps! All of this has been shown in some way in the show already but i know there’s a ton of information so hopefully this can clarify a little :)
