The dad brought the mom to a shaman (remember when Vincenzo posed as one?). And the shaman has nothing to do with Guseonwon. The English subtitle says "Almighty" but the shaman and Guseonwon aren't praying to the same "Almighty". Just a juxtaposition of the two serving their own false "deities", preying on troubled souls. Side note: I spotted Cha-Young. Kinda hidden in the corner of the frame, but her voice was unmistakable.

Those people approaching Sang-Hwan in the street in Seoul weren't part of Guseonwon. They're just part of one of many "religious" organizations you can run into when you walk mostly alone in the street of major cities in Korea (for real).

you guys are right about Jeong Gu being like a brother to Sang Mi. If you go back to ep. 2, you'll notice that Jeong Gu and his grandma were brought into the drama immediately after the scene where Sang Jin jumped. It felt like a random scene at that point, but now we see Sang Mi caring for him like she did with Sang Jin

Oops! Haha. Shamanism is still a big part in Korea. The ones in Vincenzo and here are apparently bogus, but there're earnest ones, too. BTW, what's your final verdict on "Little Women"? I remember you called it a masterpiece after the first couple episodes.

omg haha, don't remind me. It disappointed me so bad...Just like most of the dramas this year. I couldn't even finish the last episode. It was so promising! I think the writer was trying too hard to give a jaw dropping drama that she got lost in her own crazy script. The first 3 episodes were amazing. But then it went downhill, cause the writer kept trying to be so mysterious, yet solving nothing. Everything else was perfect.. except for the writing. I even rewatched Sky Castle, just to remind myself what a masterpiece is haha But its still one of the best this year
