Here is what I understand about the Nyuwaen institute. It is a place to turn women into diaper slaves. The training is about a year long, but they can shorten it depending on the training. They also can train the girls to the preference of the master/mistress that want them. Second there appears to be stages that the slave will be moved through depending on how the training is going. It seems that when they first arrive at the institute the slaves will be in bondage and under strict control. I imagine that the first stage of training will consist of the slaves getting used to wetting and messing their diapers. Also breaking their adult mindset.
