The last in the Smile Precure educational series.

    Her expression is always distorted with pain.  Her nose is hung up in an ugly way, and the unpleasant smell of feces wafts from the diaper she wears.  The only sounds that come out of her mouth are pleas for forgiveness or gasps of anguish.  There is no longer any trace of the intelligent and beautiful woman she used to be.

    This is the end of the Smile Precure educational series.  There is no salvation for these girls who have been defeated by the Bad End Precure.  What there is
embarrassment, pain, and an agonizingly enormous amount of pleasure.  They will never be able to smile again.
