    There’s a certain secret to the witch who does fortune telling at flower viewing venues.  In the beginning the coat that covers up to her head was used to hide herself but without realizing it, she started using the coat to fulfill her lewd desires.

    She is magically transformed into a dog-girl during the daytime.  Therefore, during the hours when the sun is visible, she hides her appearance by wearing a coat that covers her entire body.  At night, she can return to her human form.  That is the second illustration.
