Heya,

The last update, I decided to push to player house to my new "interior" standard. I decided to do the same with the library, for a few reasons.

The first is that it's the first interior area that I created  and while I love the idea of a calm, soothing place that can be a library, I feel like the first iteration of the level was very rough. So I feel it was underused, and while I want to push new interesting things to do in the library, I didn't want to make it on top of a "bad" level. In this new version of the level, I wanted to give the feeling of an old building revisited with some modern touch. I still need to add some props because it's still a bit empty, but I'm quite happy with the result.

Second, this area will become story-relevant soon enough in the main story line. Some of you might have noted that a guard was blocking a room... Let's say I expanded on that idea and that a whole area will become available later on.

Third, it's a great way to revisit old places and give these more meaning. There's a lot of little things I want to add here andI feel like reworking it give me a tons of small ideas. First, I'll implement a feature that will allow you to gain/lose maturity when you read some books. If you  pick up a children's book, you'll lose maturity,  while if you pick a more complex book, you'll gain it. It will not  be random and will give you more control over your playtrough.

I also want to implement a mini game in the library which will involve crinkling and staying silent...More  on that later, I need to test a few mecanisms to see if it's working.

In short, I'm really happy to give some of the older places more loves to polish it and give it more relevance. I'll probably do the shops later on, the supermarket is especially rough and need to have some loose ties closed up (like the arcade).

That's it for now ! This week, I'll focus on the diaper club recruitement quest, the last setep before the update release. See ya!
