Hello everyone,

Nothing  flashy to show off today, I worked on a lot of small little things for the last few days. Mainly, I extended the script used in the hospital for the guards to develop a new exciting feature.

With that script, some NPCs will be able to come on their own to talk to you, mainly in two cases :

- If you had an accident

- If you don't wear a diaper (and you're supposed to).

It will help breath more life into the world with NPCs coming straight to you if they spot you with an accident in your pants, so they can assist you for example. I tried to design it so they detect you from a bigger distance if you don't wear a diaper, for obvious reasons.

Now, I don't know how much NPC will have that feature yet. I can't just make every NPC in the street react like that, that would be overboard (and a little weird). I'll start with some key ones and we'll expand later as the content go on.

I also tweaked some backend things, again optimising things to make the game less heavy. I was a little disheartened to see that some of you got into so much performance trouble on the last level. I know very well I'm at fault here, and I really don't want to make an unplayable game. So I'm looking every nook and cranny to try to increase performance while not scalping too much in term of general visual feeling.

Finally, I started working on mouse support. This is very experimental yet, and I don't know if it will be complete for the next update. The goal here is to be able to play most of the game with only the mouse. I already implemented mouse support for clicking on items and NPC, and this side work quite well. Movement is another beast, and will likely need some refinery before being totally enjoyable.

That's it for today ! To be fair,I'm not progressing as much as I want. The last update took a lof of work and I feel a little down seeing how much technical tweaks I need to do for every content released. I know this can't be helped as the game get pretty large in scope. Don't worry though, I'm as motivated as ever and I'll be back to full strenght in not time.
