This will be our longest anime to date! We're excited to go on this long journey with all of you. Please keep in mind, that we've had to resort to watch along reactions because of the trouble that some channels have encountered with this series. The journey begins! The first arc is a slow grind for some people, but it’s important for the world building and character introductions. The show quickly ramps up after. Since you already learned about Killua, I’ll just say he’s one of my favorite characters in any show. A fun fact about Mito’s VA; she’s Gon’s VA’s mom. So you can really feel the familial emotions between the two. Will update you guys as you hear other familiar VAs.

Carlie is amazing lol. Shes one of the few people ive watched who says kurapika name correctly so early. The i in the name doesnt have the e sound to it.

They would have enjoyed MHA a lot more than this series despite whatever anyone wants to think about MHA. It is definitely a series they are way more fit to react to because of how they are and their past reactions. This series is gonna take a while to get done and over with. Oh well. Mashle would have even been more up their alley. They would have loved that series.

MHA is almost as long as HxH, but it's still airing, and HxH is significantly more interesting and better written. I don't know why you think Carlie and Ange aren't going to enjoy HxH. I feel like it's very much a show they will enjoy greatly.

i don't know why but i am using netflix to watch along but netflix version is faster than you so i have to resync everytime is it just me?

I dont use netflix to watch and never have but i know that Netflix will have different translations than crunchyroll for certain shows so it may through it off a little. Im not exactly sure but just a thought
