Episode 14

Amrith

Hey great reaction, you guys and congrats Ange with the "Bradley" prediction. Can't believe the notebook had to come out because of sloth, who had a second of screen time 😂. Regarding what is being obvious, all I am going to say is heed Dr. Marcoh's words for now. There is a tiny nugget there in your own discussion.

Tired Noodle

Watching you guys react is so entertaining swihhbihgbdsihh all I can say is nothing is as is seems and there's always a truth behind the truth

Chelle

next episode is when things really start picking up imo, it’s that point where every episode becomes your new favorite lol

Ang

Ah we're getting so close, 2 more episodes and then it'll be a nonstop sprint for 12 episodes (minus the recap #27) before we get a chance to stop and breathe, so excited for it!

Since the Father has been seen, I would like to point out that his forehead/eyes could have been seen since episode 1 very briefly. One more note: the eyes are revealing (this is a multi-level revelation).

Slut, Lust. Lust, slut. They really are quite interchangeable, aren't they? Carlie finally speaking her mind about how she feels about her 🤣🤣🤣

Chelle

Honestly I thought the word slut came from lust lol

Decaf

So why was Al so willing to protect her? Didn't geed's gang wanted to take Al apart and tried to kill Ed? Maybe Al did not see any real threats from them or moved to their loyalty? someone plz fill me in. 'Because Roa asked nicely' doesn't really make sense either

Jason

"Slut" One of the best moments on this channel lol.

Merfhew

The recap episode is worth watching, btw. I don't say that about most recaps, but as this one has new content mixed in, I hope they don't skip it.

Ang

There's nothing new (and the non recap sections are not from the manga, so the definition of filler), but I wouldn't really mind if they did a video on it, might give them a break to reflect on the series so far

Ang

That's just Al's personality and values - he's pretty consistent throughout the series in choosing to protect and help others, even those who are initially enemies

Veya

It's not too confusing honestly it's just a generic hero character trait lol. Added some emotional beats to Wrath just slaughtering everyone. He's so nice that he was willing to protect her despite as you said, they were trying to do him harm. This is a goat anime series but unique character writing isn't quite one of the strengths.

Chelle

Al doesn’t want people to die if he can help it. Both he and Ed don’t even want to kill in defense of themselves, let alone actively stand back and watch it happen. They value life a lot more than most because of what they’ve been through. Even in alchemy human souls are invaluable and the brothers were punished severely for not understanding that, so Al being okay with someone dying now for their cause that they technically don’t even need to survive would make zero sense for his character.

There really are so many scenes I can't wait to see you guys react to.

iJonShuffle

amazing episode!

Decaf

Oh yeah the good ole heroic trait with extreme empathy... thx for the explanation. I think it was more than 10 years ago since I watched this show idk why I didn't feel odd back then. maybe a glimpse of Al explaining his view on other's life would have made this scene smoother

DudeTrue

Awesome. I forgot just how twisty the plot was since it all makes so much sense in hindsight. Love the reveals in this show! Killer stuff, guyz
