Hernán Cabrera - Portrait - Colors "shorts"! (Patreon)

Good morning, my beautiful Patrons!

Before I roll out more GAY FOR SLAY #3 pages, I thought I'd share a portrait of my colorist, Hernán Cabrera which I recently drew! 

Hernán and I have been working together since 2006 and, over the years, we've also become very good friends. It's hard to imagine working without him as I feel the colors he and I create together have become pretty synonymous with my artwork and art style. 

A few months back, Hernán approached me and asked if would draw him nude in a portrait combining his love of photography (he creates beautiful male nudes), coloring, and comics! Though drawing portraits of real people isn't something I do very often and tends to me make me EXTREMELY NERVOUS, I was honored and I couldn't resist!! 

It felt a little strange drawing him naked at first, but he assured me he was perfectly okay with it! LOL! XD We decided to reuse the lower half of my GOLDEN BOY HOMOCLIX to keep things simple.

I wasn't sure I wanted to post the final artwork on Patreon, simply because it feels quite "personal" to me, but again, Hernán insisted he had no issue with it... and in the end, I thought you might all like to see what my long-time colorist actually looks like... at least by my hand! HA HA!! So here we are!
