Needless to say, I absolutely LOVED drawing my boy PUMA in this page... Yes, I "altered" my original script in order to fit him into the story, but I do think it was well worth it. I'm looking forward to drawing him and CAM getting it ON! XD

All the background details get added in the color stage, which is up next, guys... STAY TOONED!! XD

It's striking how many details you add at the color stage, very impressive! It's not just colors, wow it's more colors PLUS backgound.

Yeah, sometimes, I actually create the entire backgrounds in full color as separate illustrations that I can place into the panels once the character colors are done. What's great about doing that is that it saves a great deal of time because I don't have to redraw the same background elements over and over. And it's awesome having those "set pieces" as assets for later use elsewhere. I have a HUGE folder of background parts I've created over the years and I find it almost invaluable! :D Thanks so much for the very kind words, my friend! XOXOX

Will you ever do a full inc only comic again?? I love the details popping out in the black and white edition I got :3

2021-07-07 17:53:48 Honestly, I love the look of the black and white pages too, but I hadn't really considered doing a full comic strictly that way. I think it's more likely that I'd do a B&W version as part of the bonus features in a digital edition or something like that. But it's definitely a fun idea! So happy you like the inks, John. Thank you so much!! XOXO
