So Pyo-Wol got a Power-up and Soma will disappear for a Training Arc. Hopefully this helps Soma avoid the Bad Ending we've been expecting.

I think he just means that the natural order of how things have moved in the Jianghu has changed with the arrival of Pyo-wol and Soma.

you can simply interpret it like the saying the strings of fate, destiny or whatever has been strung, changed, etc.
