I have been wondering what would happen if Pyo-wol stumbles upon the Eight Snakes Art (the martial arts that reverse Lee Gwak's fate). I mean, the art requires one to discard everything they learned previously, but we're talking about Pyo-wol here, the absolute genius assassin that has never appeared previously in Jianghu's history (in the novel). What do you think?

Damn, that would change everything but don’t think pyo will go through with it. He did suffer greatly to reach his current prowess in martial arts. I think he enjoys the journey of experimenting and combining martial arts to see what best works more than simply using martial arts someone else created.

Well, that's what I mean, what if he modified it to suit his cultivation technique somehow? Wouldn't that be too OP? I mean he did that with Qingcheng and Emei's techniques...

The 8 snakes art at its core is fighting spirit. Every time lee gwak would meet someone strong, the 8 snakes in his body would become restless. I would like to see him modify it but as an assassin, I think it might work against him. If he can somehow subdue the 8 snakes…he could possibly surpass fist demon and lee gwak.

I think it woudnt be easy to learn from the first place for anyone except Lee Gwak unless he made a book out of his own ways and enlightenment of the said arts. Because even Lee Gwak (on later chapters) had been guided by someone to gain deeper understanding/enlightenment
