Fengzon did have killing intent in his attacks but, he didn't use 100% of his power to try to kill the mc. He was more or less trying to limit test the mc with lethal force.

Looks like the Heavenly Hall is getting killed off that this rate. Pyo-Wol's new Acupuncture technique is so much more terrifying in practice. Leiyin Temple going to be burned to the ground, guess It's common to kidnap children and have them kill eachother until a Prodigy is left.

After Pyo-wol killed the Seven Stars & facing Fengzon, he realized that he needs to have his own hiding place. Back then, he was just staying in a guesthouse so all his actions so far were all exposed to the Hao clan. But one problem arose. Pyo-wol doesn’t have any money to build his hiding place. So he went to the old HQ of Blood Shadow Group where he found the booklet. The booklet Pyo-wol found in the Blood Shadow Group’s HQ is a list of people whom Gu Juyang invested in when he was alive. Gu Juyang basically invested in people who have talent but no capital (i.e Cho Chi-yang). Gu Juyang gave those poor people money to use it for their business. Then in exchange, those people would have to annually give a percentage of their earnings to Gu Juyang. But since Gu Juyang was dead, no one was there to collect money from those people. Pyo-wol took advantage of this by pretending to be Gu Juyang in order to collect the money from those people Gu Juyang invested in. This is how Pyo-wol became rich. How he manage to have the money to stay in the Red Villa + own the Divine Fragrance Pavillion (brothel). This happened chapter 106-107. Pyo-wol didn’t find any martial arts booklet in blood shadow group HQ.
