According to manhwa ch 18 when the Emei sect killed the Blood Shadow Group leader, it was reported that 24 out of 28 assassins were confirmed killed. Lee Min also mentioned when dying that So Yeowul was fighting their pursuers to let her escape. So there may be up to 3 other survivors from the group, perhaps including So Yeowul.

I remember too, since we saw Pyo Wol disguise himself during the escape, I think it's possible the other 3 did so too after faking their death, all they'd have to do is swap clothes with their pursuers. I'm hoping Pyo Wol meets fellow survivors in the next arc.

They knew how many assassins there were and the fact that they kept calling pyo wol the last assassin it can be presumed that they're dead but we all know how good the qingcheng and emei sect are at checking for dead bodies.
