Apollo Update - May~JUNE 2023 (Patreon)

For those not on discord I realized that I haven't really posted the list of updates done to the Apollo lately. And even for those on discord, the incremental tweaks may have gotten lost in the threads. So here they are.

All of these are now updated to latest body and backplate

(to give you an idea of the work I just did that's 299 individual STLs exported)

All of which support Orbiter 1.5, Orbiter 2.0, Sherpa Mini, Sherpa Micro, VzHextrudort and BMG(not recommended, too heavy), and Bowden via adapter plate (onto sherpa or orbiter2.0 backplate)

(main body FanMod version by request, but wanted to focus on getting the backplates updated first)

• Updated backplate, with front slot ADXL removed (wasn't used often, looked great but was more troublesome than helping), instead added mounting point on the top (with heat inserts), on which you can mount an ADXL345 directly, and additional point, as we never know when they can become handy

• With ADXL cartridge style slot removed more cable space was gained above the hotend fan

• backplate has a bigger arch above the side fans to fit the larger sunon fan more confortably
• WHAMBAM backplate compatibility (this doesn't affect the existing direct linear rail mount option), allowing top mounted linear rail ( you'll need an additional bracket ), or just simply an alternative for front mounted linear rail option, with metal belt holder

• bambulab hotend mount is redesigned and improved, still compatible with previous bambu mainbody/backplate

• Creality Spider v3 pro, has top mounted model for the linear rail model
• FAN MOD, where the right fan cover is swapped with a tweaked printed fan cover (non destructive), but requires a dedicated duct and dedicated main body model, done by request for now, but will eventually add this mod to all hotend. I made cover for Sunon and GDStime fans, as their outer dimensions are different enough that they needed their own.

Special mods:

• Dual 5020 fan model on linear rails  now exist and I can convert any apollo supported hotend to this setup (currently only spider v3 pro), found in the "Custom Apollo" zip

• Apollo CoreXY (targeted for Ender 5 Mercury ZeroG mod) now exist and I can convert any apollo supported hotend to this setup (currently mosquito and rapido exist), found in the "Custom Apollo" zip

• Apollo Exoslides, revised and better (this requires a tweaked main body and different backplate), can adipate any supported hotend to this setup by request
